God Damn why are the people in charge so stooooopid?

Quite possibly the worst day for financial markets in well over 10 years has prompted me to make a long awaited post to b0rked.  The worlds financial indices were down approximately 10% and everything is looking rather gloomy.....

With financial rescues happening all across the world that are seemingly having very little impact the big question remains....  why the hell are politicians scaremongering more than the media?

Just in case any world leaders are reading this (lol) you are meant to reassure people.. not tell the world + dog that we are facing the worst financial crisis ever.......
